Charity Elephant Digital Illustration

Here's a digital illustration I made in Adobe Illustrator for a childrens' charity book.  I tried to make it look like a watercolor painting, and I think it turned out kinda cool.  This was done with a touch screen and stylus on an HP Touch Smart.  Click image to enlarge.

Universal Raphael Digital Illustration

Shadow of the Colossus Digital Illustration

Here's a digital illustration I made in Adobe Illustrator.  It's a character from one of my favorite video games ever, Shadow of the Colossus.  This is the first Colossus you have to defeat.  I wanted it to look like a watercolor painting, so I used a lot of light wash colors.  This was done with a touch screen and stylus on an HP Touch Smart.  Click image to enlarge.

I had this little accessory pillar from an action figure lying around, so I decided to incorporate it into a Vinylmation custom.  I used a head from a 3" Vinylmation pink blank, some Aves Apoxie for sculpting, and the pillar accessory.  I sculpted Medusa's snake hair and the top of the pillar display.  Didn't glue the head on in case down the road I feel like making more stone heads to display!  Paints are acrylic.  Citadel Paints "Snot Green" for the snake highlights.
