3" Jason Voorhees Vinylmation (SOLD)

Another horror icon I decided to whip into Vinylmation shape.  Jason Voorhees here was painted with Citadel paints and his machete is a modified sword.  Repainted of course with just the right amount of gore.  I thought painting a 13 on his back would be cool, also some lesions on the back of his head from swimming in the deep end for a little too long.

3" Michael Myers Vinylmation "The Shape" (SOLD)

Here's a 3" Vinylmation I made of my favorite horror icon of all time - Michael Myers from Halloween!  Also known as The Boogie Man or The Shape, Michael is a classic protagonist who came to be in the late 70s.  My Dad introduced me to him, and I was hooked at a pretty young age.  After I saw the original version instead of the tv edit, I became a very loyal fan.  So here he is in Vinylmation form!  I used Citadel paints and a repainted action figure knife I found.  Pure evil awaits...

3" Plumber Raccon Suit Mario Vinylmation (SOLD)

Here's another Mario suit I did for a commission piece.  It's the Plumber Raccoon Suit from Mario Bros. 3 for Nintendo.  It's not the full Tanooki Suit, just the raccoon ears and tail with his regular plumber clothes.  He wears this costume when you pick up the super green leaf power up.  The hat, leaf, and tail are all sculpted with Aves Apoxie.  The tail is attached with two 1/8" rare earth magnets.  I dremeled out a little spot for one magnet and super glued it into his back side.  The other magnet is inside the sculpted tail.  I wanted it to be detachable for space saving when displaying.  Still have to make some baddies from the Mario games!  Maybe I'll do a 9" vinyl soon.

Calix from He-Man Masters of the Universe (SOLD)

This bad boy was a commission for a character seen in a single He-Man cartoon episode.  He was apparently a member of the evil Horde, and got killed off pretty quickly.  This guy is made of rock in the show, so I sculpted with Aves Apoxie over an entire Marvel Legends Annihilation figure.  I used a ML Sasquatch head and sculpted over that also.  Gave him 2 coats of grey, then 2 coats of dry brushing with a lighter grey.  He is 8.5 inches tall and weighs much more than your average action figure, like 9 or 10 action figures.  This is the heaviest figure I've made to date.  Definitely heavyweight division...
